Integral Conductivity/Resistivity System — Digital S³L Output, K=10.0 (High-Range)
The +GF+ Signet 3‑2850‑51‑84 is an integral-mount conductivity/resistivity system pairing 2850 sensor electronics with a 2842 electrode (K=10.0 cm⁻¹) for high-range ionic-strength measurement. Parameters: 4.6 m cable, 12–24 VDC, Digital (S³L) output, accuracy ±2% of reading, NEMA 4X/IP65, –10 to +85 °C, and EasyCal auto-recognition for field calibration.
Role in Automation — Where Used & Core Function
It delivers a stable, temperature-compensated conductivity signal into Signet 9900/8900 controllers or a PLC/DCS to enforce blowdown limits, concentrate monitoring, reject/reclaim logic, and discharge compliance alarms. Typical use: cooling-tower/boiler blowdown, brackish/brine loops, concentrate from RO/EDI, and high-TDS industrial effluent where low-range electrodes would saturate. The K=10.0 cell + S³L digital link prevents analog drift over long runs while keeping calibration audit-friendly.
